Glock 44 9mm Conversion - A few years ago, it was fashionable to see stories in gun books about switching from one caliber to another. I think the king of these conversions is the 1911. .22, .30 Luger, 9mm .38 Super, .40 S&W; 10mm .400 Cor Bon, .41 Avenger, .45 ACP; . .45 Super and .460 Rowland as single shot .44 Magnum. Some conversion options are stunts and not worth trying. But if you're into that sort of thing, they're a nice transition.
Glock conversions are more practical. For example, I recently picked up a nice used Glock 22 .40 S&W model. The gun was well used. Most were Glock trades and some were modified to some degree.

Maintenance depends on the agency and ranges from no maintenance in many small departments to good maintenance in federal agencies. Most have spare magazines. You might have to think twice about the price: you might be better off buying a Gen 5 Glock. No .40 and Gen 5 miscellaneous pistols.

Me for me, it's the same horse extrusions for all calibers and you shouldn't be. 9mm +P+ is a good cop caliber and 9mm +P is excellent; The .40 S&W is tougher, especially the new FBI-approved Hornady Flex Lock. That's physics. I've taken deer in .40 and it's not as good as 9mm.
Left to right: .40 S&W; 9mm and .22 LR. The ability to fire all three weapons from one gun is a nice trick.
My gun is marked Atlanta PD. It is in excellent condition and comes with a spare magazine and original handle in the box. One plus is that the gun features Glock night sights. Although dull, the steel sights have much better sights than the standard factory Glock sights.
The trigger action is stable at 5.5 pounds. The finish shows minimal wear and the barrel cap and muzzle show normal wear from firing. I like the .40 and its power; It doesn't work well for mastering and shooting, but 9mm is cheap and plentiful. .40 isn't too big, but 9mm is.

I have a 9mm conversion barrel. The breech of the .40 is a bit bigger and the extractor is different, so I'm curious how these converter barrels might work. First, I proved the Glock with a number of loads of .40. These include the 155-grain Hornady XTP and the 180-grain XTP.
When considering the most powerful loads, the .40 caliber pistol is not only suitable for personal defense and service use, but is also a good choice for animal defense. When it comes to wild dogs and big cats. I think the most powerful .40 caliber loads are a good choice.
Another, I tried the conversion barrel. At first, Other tests, including both the melting point and FMJ loads, used the remaining ammo bag. I use .40 caliber magazines. A hundred rounds were fired and the gun was good enough for practice, but beyond repair. Scope and impact are just under .40, ready for practice. Accuracy is at least equal to the 9mm Glock 17.
The magazines would feed the first 12 or 13 rounds, but the cycle would shorten for the last two or three rounds. The last three rounds have very little magazine spring force against the cartridges and I use a 9mm pistol with a recoil spring for the .40. By switching to Glock 17 9mm magazines, the gun becomes better. Reliability has improved from 95% to 98%, with fewer errors in operation with the latest cartridges.
New Glock 44
This is a good conversion for practical use. 9mm is cheaper and with loads as affordable and accurate as the 124 grain Fiocchi FMJ. The converter barrel provides affordable practice. However, this does not guarantee the level of service; As the Glock .40 was tested, all loads were 100% tested. A 9mm recoil assembly with 9mm magazines can speed up the piece.
Another, I want to try the .22 caliber conversion unit. The Tactical Solutions .22 conversion unit is made of good material and is committed. The unit does not come with a spare magazine and I admit that the conversion is not made for tactical use. But I didn't like having something without a spare magazine, so I ordered a spare magazine.
The conversion is mounted on a Glock frame and magazines loaded with Fiocchi .22 Long Rifle High Velocity bullets. A gunshot followed. 500 rounds—high-velocity loads—change in feed; in chamber Never failed to fire or eject. I really like this. Accuracy is good, the unit being realistically accurate for a Glock 17 9mm pistol. Two inches or slightly better at 15 yards is average.
I almost forgot that the .357 SIG has a Bar Sto Precision barrel. Therefore, it is a really heavy Glock. However, for practical use, three calibers; .40 for defense; Intermediate training sticks for .22 and 9mm for training and practice. The .357 SIG is interesting.

I load the .40 magazines opening Fiocchi's .357 SIG FMJ. The results were good. The action is 100% and the absolute accuracy is the best in the test thanks to the Bar Sto barrel. At 25 yards, I shot a few groups with a Glock pistol under two inches, but that day I shot the Bar Sto barrel and Fiocchi ammo.
.22 caliber conversions are the oldest types of conversions and it is interesting to have a gun that can fire more than one round. Other weapons are useful and make life interesting. Mind you, I will find plenty of use for my tri-capacity Glock.SKU: ITEM TYPES: All MCKs and MCK Packs; MCK Gen 2, MCK | Micro Conversion Kit, MCKs and Ronis, Roni & Micro Roni, Single MCK
